Joshua Gunsher practices primarily in the areas of trust and estate administration, probate and related litigation, complex trust and estate matters, real estate, and real estate litigation. He is admitted to practice in Ohio.

Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Gunsher served for more than three years as judicial clerk, then staff attorney for the Hon. Randy T. Rogers of the Butler County (Ohio) Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division. He has also interned with the Warren County (Ohio) Court of Common Pleas, Probate and Juvenile Division.

Prior to law  school, Mr. Gunsher worked in admissions for the graduate-level program at Harvard Law School and for municipal government in civil engineering and land use.

Having earned his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law, Mr. Gunsher also holds an M.A. from the Catholic University of America and an A.B. from Princeton University, where he received the George Potts Prize. His studies have also included doctoral coursework at Yale University.
